TCO Cert approached us to solve two key challenges: inconsistent branding across national chapters and a digital presence that didn’t reflect their strength in customer service and transparency. We began by creating a comprehensive brand guideline—covering fonts, colours, logo usage, and materials—to unify all chapters under one cohesive identity. We then redesigned their website to better communicate their values and support both clients and regional teams. With a solid foundation in place, we rolled out updated marketing materials to match their renewed brand direction.
